All of our products are printed to order and shipped from our manufacturers here in the UK. 

Your delivery costs will be shown/calculated at checkout. 

Art Prints - Printed and despatched witching 5 working days.

Wallpaper - Printed and despatched within 2-3 weeks.

Wall Stickers - Printed and despatched within 2-3 working days.

 

Returns

Due to all of our products being printed to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, if your order arrived damaged then please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know so that we can help. You can contact us via email at hello@theducksinarowshop.co.uk

Orders can be processed within 30 minutes of payment being received. If you would like to cancel your order then please get in touch as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be accepted.
